The bill (reg. No. 2667) suggests increasing the amount of fine for dropping litter and other objects while driving, stopping or parking of a motor vehicle or electric transport. The respective amendments are to be made to part two of article 119 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

Committee members believe that strengthening of responsibility for these violations will promote environmental rehabilitation of the territory of Ukraine.
